Edition de luxe, each volume limited to 1,150 copies signed by Rackham, both volumes numbered 292. Two quarto volumes (11.25 x 8.75 inches; 285 x 222 mm.). 158; [182] pages. Illustrated throughout with a total of sixty-four tipped-in color plates with descriptive tissue guards and twenty-three black and white drawings. Publisher's full vellum, front boards and spines stamped in gilt, top edges gilt, others uncut. Lacking the silk ties. Spines toned and worn, some rubbing, soiling to bindings, endleaves toned and foxed, some occasional foxing and toning to text and plates. Rear hinge of Siegfried repaired. Bookplates. Very good.
