Description
[Apollo 11] Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin Signed Model Saturn V Rocket Section. These first two moonwalkers have signed a 10" x 8.25" cardstock section excised from the included book by Alan Rosen, Build Your Own Saturn V, The World on the Move (New York: Perigree Books, 1982). Their signatures are on the piece where a portion of the vertical red "UNITED STATES" is printed. The Saturn V was the rocket that blasted Apollo 11 to the moon in 1969. Two great, clear signatures and, if someone had the time and ability to build the entire model, an amazing display item. It claims "So easy even an adult can do it"! Very fine condition.Auction Info
