Presented to 1980 Gun Writer of the Year, Arthur Blatt at SHOT SHOW, SF, CALIF.

Presentation SKB Arms Company Model 300 Boxlock Double Barrel Shotgun.
Serial no. 85301379, 12 gauge (2 ¾-inch), 28-inch barrels modestly engraved on the breech and with flat matte rib and two bead sights. Coin finish receiver with elaborate foliate scroll engraving. Single-select gold trigger. Manual tang safety. Checkered walnut stock and fore-end. Small, square brass blank escutcheon inlayed on the underside of the butt. Pachmayr rubber recoil pad. Weight: 7-pounds; length of pull: 14-inches. This shotgun was presented to gun writer, Arthur Blatt, for the 1980 Gun Writer of the Year Award in San Francisco at the SHOT show. It comes with a letter of authenticity indicating not only is it a presentation gun, but the specially designed and hand-selected stock and fore-end can't be found on other SKB products. The shotgun comes in a brown SKB zipper case with tools and extra chokes.

Condition: Very good. Retaining 90-94% finish on the barrel; coin finish with wear and flaking in the handling areas. Stock with a few trivial light scratches. Mechanically sound and with bright bores. The cloth case is likewise in very good condition.
