Large Group of U.S. Military Insignia, Circa 1861 to 1945.Includes: 1) Civil War embroidered cavalry hat insignia. Gold wire on velvet. 3 x 2 1/4-inches. 2) 4th Cavalry hat insignia, screw back. 3) Brass infantry horn hat insignia, screw back. 4) Small pinback colonel's shoulder strap. 5) Pair of artillery collar insignia, pinback. 6) Pair of pinback major's collar insignia. 7) Pair of officer's "US" collar insignia. 8) Six U.S. and militia officer's buttons. 9) Pair of Adjutant General officer's collar insignia with loop backs. 10) 1st Division distinctive insignia. Pinback. 11) 2nd Army distinctive insignia. 12) Eagle distinctive insignia. Clutch back. Lacking one keeper.
Condition: All items in very good or better condition unless noted.
