Smith & Wesson U.S. Army Model 1917 Double Action Revolver.
Serial no. 10446, .45 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer and trigger. Smooth walnut grip panels. Lanyard ring.

Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 80-85% finish with thinning to relief edges, scattered wear and pitting. Large area of pitting to right side of frame. Minor scuffs and dings to wood. Action crisp. Moderately pitted bore.
