Description
Unidentified French or Belgian Epaulette and Sash.A beautifully constructed epaulette with a blue velvet base with silver wire border and tassels. An ornate coat of arms is hand-embroidered to the epaulette utilizing cotton thread and silver wire. The epaulette button bears the same coat of arms. The metal shoulder attachments are marked "MARQUE DE LA FABRIQUE". Accompanied with a blue and white sash with silver wire tassels and decoration and the same coat of arms as on the epaulette.
Condition: Very good.
