Description
Dutch Beaumont 1874 P. Stevens Bolt Action Rifle with Bayonet.Serial no. 2368, 11mm caliber, 33-inch barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight. Top of receiver marked: P. STEVENS / MAASRICHT and N / 392. Dutch proof marks to each side of barrel. Smooth walnut full-stock. To faint cartouches to right side of stock. Sling swivels. Metal cleaning rod and buttplate. 22-inch socket bayonet.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Light scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Strong bore. From the Sylver Schaller Collection.
