WWI: British Royal Flying Corps Group Identified to 2nd Lt. Harold Edward Bellamy.

All items framed under glass to an overall size of 14 ½ x 10 ½-inches. The group includes Bellamy's Victory Medal and named Silver War Medal, two RFC hat badges, gilt crown, gilt sleeve insignia, Union Jack lapel pin, cloth Observer brevet, and gilt and silver 3 ½-inch pinback dress wings. The consignor notes that Lt. Harold Bellamy served overseas with the 19th Battalion of the Middlesex Regiment, transferred to the Royal Flying Corps and served as an Observer in France until May, 1917. He served as a flight instructor with the 46th Training Squadron in Lincolnshire. He died of wounds from a plane crash in July, 1918.

Condition: All items in very good condition. Not examined out of the frame.
