Spanish-American War: Lot of Five Colorado Veterans' Medals and Badges.

Includes: 1) Cased Colorado Spanish-American War veterans' medal engraved to Ernest A. Weber. A handsome medal with excellent detail housed in a fitted case marked Joslin & Park, Denver, Colo. on the inside top lid and complete with the cardboard protective case with mailing label from the Adjutant General of the State of Colorado and directly addressed to Weber. 2) Identical to the preceding example, except engraved to William Hopper, cased and in the original cardboard protective box. 3) National Guard State of Colorado Active Service ladder badge, 44 x 44 mm, engraved to Capt. H. D. Smith on the reverse side. Two clasps, one marked Camp Adams 98; the other Lake City 99. Crossed saber device above the planchet. 4) Colorado National Guard1901 Marksman medal, 26 mm, engraved on the reverse to Capt. H. D. Smith, pinback, J. Leiff & Co., Denver, maker's mark. 5) Small gilt and white enamel cavalry corps badge, 41 mm, pinback, no visible maker's mark.

Condition: 1) Cardboard protective box with some archival tape reinforcement at the corners, otherwise excellent. 2) As the preceding example, in excellent condition. 3) Very good. 4) Excellent. 5) Very good.
