Description
Colt Blackpowder Series Reissue of 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver.Serial no. 16171 [barrel, frame, triggerguard and cylinder] and 6171 [butt], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Etched cylinder scene. COLTS / PATENT to left side of frame. Silver-plated brass gripstraps. Smooth walnut one-piece grip.
Condition: Very good. Overall showing very light handling wear and a few very fine spots of pitting. Scratches present to wood. Action good. Bright bore. From the Collection of James Schubert.
