Description
Starr Arms Model 1858 Double Action Revolver.Serial no. 8891 [cylinder], .44 caliber, 6-inch barrel with fixed front sight. W stamped to left side of barrel and H to the right. Starrs patent and address marked on frame. Case-hardened hammer and trigger. Smooth walnut one-piece grip with faint cartouches to each side.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a bright grey patina with scattered handling wear and patches of pitting. Dings and scuffs present to wood. Action functions. Moderately pitted bore.
