Description
German DOU . 45 Model 98 Bolt Action Rifle.Serial no. 5964, 8mm caliber, 24 1/2-inch barrel with standard military sights. Blued finish. Top of barrel marked: (shield), KF 1 and German proof mark. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock with sling swivel and oiler. Oversized triggerguard. Metal buttplate.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 90-94% finish with thinning to relief edges, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Crisp action. Mirror bright bore.
