Cased Pair of Custom Deluxe Engraved Colt Model 1860 Army
Percussion Revolvers.Serial no's. 164250 and 164251 [barrels, frames and triggerguards], .44 calibers, 8-inch barrels with fixed front sights. Silver and gold-plated finish. Custom elaborately scroll and floral engraved barrels, frames and levers. Etched eagle scene to cylinders. Custom Tiffany-style grips, with embossed battle scene pictorial panels and ribbon work..Pommel with raised American eagle motif. Contained in fitted wooden display case with red felt lining. Solt along with powder flask, bullet mold, cap tin, oiler, tools and 6 combustible envelope cartridges [.44-100 caliber]. Sold along with a copy of receipt from Leroy Merz, dated 5-27-2006.

Condition: Excellent as partially refinished and reconfigured. Retaining approximately 80-90% re-silvered and gold finish with scattered wear overall. Actions good. Moderately pitted bores.
