Description
Large Liberty Loan Drive Flag From the Rungee Collection.A large multi-piece cotton flag measuring approximately 10 x 14 feet. The hoist is fitted with two large No. 7 brass grommets. The hoist is marked in ink by hand "LIBERTY LOAN / DRIVE/ N H GREEN." The double-sided flag features a large red single feather running diagonally above a blue eagle with outstretched wings, bordered top and bottom by three white stars. Accompanied with the Vexillological Inventory Form from the Flag Heritage Foundation.
Condition: The fly end is frayed and there are scattered areas of water staining, small holes and scattered small stains. Good condition.
