Major General Percy William Clarkson's 7x50 Bausch & Lomb Binoculars.

Bausch & Lomb M7 7/50 binoculars serial numbered No. 7381 and dated 1942. Brown leather carrying case and strap with the Bausch & Lomb logo on the lid. Cello taped to the inside lid is Clarkson's calling card: "Major General Percy William Clarkson / United States Army." William Percy Clarkson (1893-1962) was a career army officer with a notable resume of service. From 1941-42 he was Chief of Staff of the 36th Division; Assistant Commanding General 91st Infantry Division (1942); Commanding General 87th Division (1942-43); Commanding General 33rd Infantry Division Philippines (1943-45), and various post-WWII commands. He retired in 1953.

Condition: Optics are clear and the external condition is very good condition.
