Description
General George S. Patton, Jr. Signed Photograph.7" x 9" (sight), no place, no date. A black and white glossy of Patton in uniform wearing four stars. Signed "G. S. Patton Jr." in the top right. Matted and framed to an overall size of 11" x 13.5". Patton was awarded his fourth star in April 1945 and died later that year in December so the photograph likely dates from that period.
Condition: Two heavy creases at top, with a smaller crease along the bottom edge. The photograph has not been examined out of the frame and there is heavy soiling on the interior of the glass. Patton's signature has faded a bit, but remains legible.
