Description
Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. 758834 [base of receiver], .30 W.C.F. caliber, 20-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Winchester address and patent date to left side of barrel. Saddle ring. Case-hardened hammer and lever. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal carbine buttplate.
Manufactured in 1915.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered areas of handling wear and pitting. Scuffs, dings and bruising present to wood. Action good. Lightly pitted bore. From the Collection of James Schubert.
