Apollo 16 & 17 CSM Malfunction Procedures NASA Book. A three hole-punched 8" x 10.5" book, held together by three binder rings, dated March 3, 1972, with 122 numbered pages in numerous tabbed sections. Front cover apparently missing. This was a troubleshooting guide for anything that might have gone wrong with the command module during flight. Each functional area of the spacecraft has flow charts based on particular symptoms with proper procedures and remarks for each potential problem area.
