Description
Sporterized CZ Model 550 Bolt Action Rifle with Telescopic Sight.Serial no. 6854, .243 caliber, 21 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and micrometer adjust rear sight. Blued finish. Elaborately scroll engraved receiver, muzzle, ring mounts, and triggerguard, all with gilt accents. Gold-plated trigger. Game scene and scroll engraved floorplate. Checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and forearm with floral carvings and decorative gilt inlays. Extensively carved game fighting scene to right side of stock, signed by RENE. Metal grip cap. Ventilated rubber recoil pad. Karl Kahles HELIA 6x42 telescopic sight in ring mounts.
Condition: Very good to excellent. Overall showing scattered light handling wear. Action crisp. Strong bore. Clear optics. Collection of a Southern Gentleman.
