Description
Double-Mounted Kelly Brothers Goose-Neck Spurs.Rare one-piece overlay of goose-neck and spread-wing on shank and band. Nicely executed. Reverse with goose-neck and card-suit style decorations. Matching button covers below which is maker-marked: KELLY/BROS. 1/2-inch heelbands. 10-point rowels. Sold together with old tooled mail-order-catalog leathers.
Provenance: Roger and Linda Carpenter Collection.
Condition: Fine. Light age wear. Retaining nearly all of the engraving detail. Loose rowels. Leather showing some wear at stress points.
