Description
Remounted C.P. Shipley Spurs.Striking large pair, well-marked. 2-inch, 8-point star rowels on long shank with chap guard. 1 1/8-inch heels bands. Fine rocker-engraved silver overlay. Swinging buttons with silver covers. Inside heelbands marked: C.P. SHIPLEY / KAN. CITY MO. New leathers by Leddy.
Provenance: Roger and Linda Carpenter Collection.
Very good as configured. Overlays are replacements as are two of the swinging button covers. Rowels are replacements.
