Description
Boxed Colt Peacemaker Centennial 1873-1973 Single Action Revolver.Serial no. PC978 [frame, triggerguard, butt and cylinder], .44 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Top of barrel marked: COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. Left side of barrel marked: 1873 PEACEMAKER CENTENNIAL 1973. Smooth walnut one-piece grip with cartouche to left side. Contained in factory pasteboard box with foam inserts.
Condition: Excellent. Overall showing light handling wear. Crisp action. Bright bore. Noticeable storage wear present to box. From the Collection of James Schubert.
