Description
Civil War Spencer Repeating Arms Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. 19660, .52 caliber, 22-inch barrel with fixed front sight and folding rear ladder sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Saddle ring. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Sling swivel. Metal carbine buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Screw absent to left side of stock. Heavy scuffs, dings and bruises present to wood. Action good. Pitted bore.
