Description
Unwin & Rodgers / Sheffield Non XLL Knife Pistol.Unserialized, .30 rimfire caliber, 3 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and rear rabbit ear sight / bullet extractor. Silver-plated iron frame and barrel. Left side of barrel marked: two Birmingham proof marks / UNWIN & RODGERS / PATENTEES . SHEFFIELD, NON - XLL to right side. Engraved hammer. Folding trigger. Horn grip panels. Hinged cartridge box in base of butt. Features two UNWIN & RODGERS marked folding blades measuring 2 1/2 and 3 5/8-inches.
Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 92-94% finish with scattered signs of wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and scratches present to grips. Blade edges good, with fine patches of pitting. Action good. Pitted bore.
