Description
Sharps New Model Conversion Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. 85338 [upper tang], .52 caliber, 22-inch barrel with fixed front sight and rear folding ladder sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Saddle ring. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal carbine buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Dings, scuffs and bruising present to wood. Action good. Moderately pitted bore.
