Description
South Carolina Militia Officer's Sword Belt and Belt Plate.Cast brass, 49.91 mm x 83.48 mm (2 x 3-inches approximately), two piece, mounted to a dress sword belt. Similar to Kerksis Figure 401.
Condition: Uniform dark patina to the belt plate, otherwise in excellent condition. The dress belt is worn but supple; the gilt lace on the front exhibits moderate to heavy wear to significant fraying to the edge various snags and small tears.
