Description
URB. Pacher Ferlach Underlever Percussion Sporting Rifle.Unserialized, .22 caliber, 21 3/4-inch octagonal barrel with fixed sight. Blued finish. Top of barrel marked: URB. PACHER FERLACH. Scroll engraved receiver, upper tang, hammer, lever and triggerguard. Finely checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and fore-end. Cheekrest to left side of stock. Metal buttplate with hinged cleaning rod reservoir. Urb Pacher was a gunsmith associated with Ferlach, Austria.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 80-85% finish with areas of thinning, handling wear and patches of pitting. Scattered dings and scuffs present to wood. Sling swivel absent to base of stock. Action good. Bright bore. Tom Mixon Collection
