Description
Lot of Two Decoratively Carved Flintlock Pistols.Comprising: 1.) Unmarked Flintlock Pistol. Unserialized, .60 caliber, 10-inch octagonal and round barrel. Scroll engraved lock and hammer. Unique carved stock with decorative silver wire inlays. Carved metal grip cap. 2.) Unmarked Flintlock Pistol. Unserialized, .68 caliber, 13 1/2-inch octagonal and round barrel. Scroll engraved hammer. Uniquely carved wooden stock with decorative engraved brass fittings and inlays. Wooden ramrod.
Condition: Very good. Each showing honest age, handling wear and patches of pitting. Scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. 2.) Some cracks around lock. Actions good. Pitted bores.
