George Washington: Centennial Ribbon and Hatchet. The two GW pieces in this lot are a 12" cast iron hatchet likely issued in 1889 (inscribed "Washington Inaugurated President of the U.S. Apr. 30, 1789") and a 2" x 6 1/4" multicolored woven ribbon made by B. B. Tilt & Son of Paterson, New Jersey in 1876.Auction Info
