Description
Japanese Hantanto Gunto Military Sword c. 1941-45. Japanese Hantanto Gunto Military Sword with Navy Mounts c. 1941-4524-inch straight blade [suguha]; ko-maru [small round] temper pattern. Ikko mekugi-ana [peg hole]. Higaki [criss cross] yasuri-me [file marking]. Made in 1942. Navy mounts.Condition: Very good with kiri saki having some gouge markings. No furniture missing. Clean blade and clean Koshirae.
