From Reizen over Moskovie, Door Persie en Indie: Verrykt met Driehondert konstplaten, Vertoonende De beroemste lantschappen en steden, ook de byzondere dragten, beesten, gewaffen en planten, die daer gevonden worden: Voor al Derzelver Oudheden, en wel voornamentlyk heel uitvoerig, die van het heerlyke en van oudts de geheele werrelt door besaemde Hof van Persepolis, by de Persianen Tchilminar genaemt, Amsterdam: Willem en David, 1711, by Cornelis de Bruins.

Five copper-plate engravings from de Bruins' scarce book on his travels to Russia, Persia, and the East Indies including a full page illustration of a native with bow and arrow, and smaller partial-page illustrations of Persian, Tartar, and Russian women, and a nice portrait of a Siberian man in native garb. Also included is the title page from the original first edition of the book from which these illustrations were removed. The paper has toned somewhat, otherwise all examples are in very good condition.
