Frontispiece inserted. Publisher's full red cloth, boards ruled in blind, front board and spine decoratively stamped in gilt, coated brown endleaves. Dust-soiling and light staining to boards. Minor chipping of spine ends. Bookseller ticket and penciled notes to front pastedown. Front hinge detached; rear hinge starting. Ex-library, with small library stamps on the recto of the frontispiece and the title page. Light foxing. A good copy. This book is one of the most famous about werewolves in the English language.
