Full speckled calf with blind-stamped designs on the boards, five raised spine bands, and a red leather spine title label lettered in gilt (very faint). Moderate wear and soiling to the binding. Corners bumped. Short splits to the joints. No front free endpaper. Hinges worn but strong. Minor occasional foxing and contemporary (?) marginalia. A few small tears to corners. A very good copy.
