Theodore Roosevelt Partly Printed Document Signed as President appointing Edwin V. Morgan as an envoy to Cuba. Oversized DS, 18" x 13", City of Washington, November 29, 1905. Morgan had recently been the U.S. Minister to Korea, where he had served as host to Roosevelt's daughter Alice on her visit the previous summer.
