Description
Abraham Lincoln Partly Printed Document Signed as President, one page, 9.5" x 7.75", Washington, July 27, 1864. Document directs the Secretary of State to affix the seal of the United States to a "Warrant for the pardon of Thomas S. Cassidy". With a full signature, "Abraham Lincoln", the warrant has been hinged to another sheet. In very good condition with folds and a few minor tears.Auction Info
