George III of England Pay Order Signed "George R." One page, 7.75" x 12.5", "Court at St. James' [London]," June 27, 1792, ordering payment to "Lieutenant General James Johnstone, Governor of Our Garrison of Quebec, the Sum of Ninety Eight Pounds four Shillings and elevenpence." Damage at the upper edge has affected the signature of the monarch slightly. Moderately toned along the right edge with some areas of chipping.Auction Info
