One partly printed, vellum page, 12.5" x 8 ", Washington, December 2, 1822, granting "...Jeremiah Slaughter of Hamilton County Ohio...the East half of the South East quarter of section thirteen...containing Eighty acres..." Blind embossed paper seal of the Land Office at lower left. Monroe's signature is bold. Mounted to a backing board to an overall size of 15" x 10.25".
