Sharps First Type Breech-Loading Single-Shot Pistol. Serial no. 235, .34 caliber, 5-inch barrel. Drop-block lever action. External hammer. Left side of frame marked: Sharps Patent/Arms Mfed/Fair Mount/Phila. Pa. Case-hardened hammer, frame and lever. Walnut grips. Condition: Very good. Metal showing a grey-brown age patina with traces of silvered case-hardening present. Minor spots of pitting on frame and lever. Grips with light wear and marks. Action excellent.Auction Info
