Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver. Serial no. 106271, .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with single-line New York address. Case-hardened hammer, lever and frame. Cylinder with traces of naval scene. Brass gripstrap and triggerguard assembly. Varnished one-piece walnut grips. Condition: Good. Metal showing a mottled brown age patina with traces of light pitting overall. Wear to scene on cylinder. Gripstrap and triggerguard brass with light age patina. Grips good with even wear overall.
