St. Paul Nov. 17, 1900." Two octavo volumes (7.5" x 5"). Xxvi, 426; xiii, 485 pages. Illustrated. Publisher's blue cloth, lettered in gilt on the spine. Top edges gilt. Very minor rubbing, else a spectacular, fine copy.
