In full: "My dear Sir, The subject we talked of yesterday, the Arabian Nights, appears to me to be better and better the more I think of it- & Robertson also likes it exceedingly. We will therefore consider it as settled & I am heartily glad we have so good a prospect. Ever Truly Yours" Arabian Nights was one of his childhood favorites. While Mill was most noted for his work A System of Logic, perhaps his most accomplished writing came with his wife at his elbow in an endeavor to promote the liberation of women in Subjection of Women.
