Description
Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle. Winchester Model 1873 Third Model Lever Action RifleSerial no. 154129A, .44 caliber, 24 1/4-inch round barrel with blade front and broken rear sight. Oil finished walnut stock. Steel buttplate with storage compartment.Condition: Fair. Finish a fading brown patina mixed with cleaned, gray metal. Scattered fine pitting. Heavy scratches on left side of frame and side plate. Hammer spring broken. Stock good with age wear and dents. A possible replacement. Dark bore.
