Description
Fine Condition 9MM/.38 Caliber Double Action, Six Shot, Center Fire French/ Belgian Revolver. 11" overall with deeply rifled 5¾" octagonal barrel. Sliding ejector rod with spring catch, lift up loading gate, cone front sight with rear sight integral with the top of the frame. Exquisite black composition grips displaying, in deep relief, shell/scroll work and a griffin fighting a snake, most impressive. Grips near perfect condition, just a few minor chips along the bottom edge. There is a lanyard ring at the butt. ELG proof on the rear face of the cylinder. Gun is mechanically perfect, sharp and crisp, retaining 70% of the original bright blue, the balance smooth and clean. A very nice gun.Auction Info
