Lester Del Rey: Three First Editions, One Signed including: Attack from Atlantis. Philadelphia, Toronto: The John C. Winston Company, [1953]. First edition. Octavo. 207 pages. Publisher's light blue cloth with dark blue spine titles. In original pictorial dust jacket. Light wear around the edges of the boards, and noticeable brown staining scattered around the textblock edges. Dust jacket spine sunned, with moderate rubbing to the panels. Overall, a very good copy. [and:] Marooned on Mars. Philadelphia Toronto: The John C. Winston Company, [1952]. First edition. Octavo. 210 pages. Publisher's light blue cloth with crimson spine titles. In original pictorial dust jacket (price-clipped). Light wear around the edges of the boards, and toning around the textblock edges. Dust jacket panels moderately rubbed, and spine ends show minimal chipping, else very good. [and:] "...And Some Were Human". Philadelphia: Prime Press, 1948. First edition (Currey priority A). Signed "Lester del Rey" on the front free endpaper. Octavo. 331 pages. Illustrated by Sol Levin. Publisher's black cloth with gilt spine titles. No dust jacket. Boards show mild soiling, with some rubbing around the edges and at the corners. Previous owner's signature on the rear free endpaper. All in all, a very good copy.
