[Newspaper]. Philadelphia Mercantile Advertiser. Four pages, 13" x 20.75", June 20, 1810, with a front page advertisement for Arrowsmith's Maps. That same year, twenty-year-old cartographer John Arrowsmith joined his uncle Aaron's map company in London. Also includes period advertisements for ships for hire and an article giving fashion tips. Chipped edges are toned. Separation along the main vertical fold.
