"Bullseye" Canteen with Leather Strap. This concentric ring canteen features a ¾" wide leather strap and adjustment buckle. Strap is broken in one place and no cover remains. Stopper and iron chain remain and the spout is marked "C. H. & Co. PHILA" for Code, Hopper and Co. which contracted for about 125,000 canteens during the war.Auction Info
