Description
Pair of Imperial German Navy Lion's Head Sword Hilt Candlesticks. Two standard Imperial German naval sword hilts converted to candlesticks by attaching them to cast brass bases and candle holders - the classic swords into plowshares. The sword hilts were undoubtedly converted from left over stocks of unissued swords as the condition is superb. Both lions retain their red eyes and the grips are complete with the original wire wrapping. Fine condition.Auction Info
