Pattern 1839 Virginia Military Institute Cartridge Box Plate. 41mm x 71mm, lead filled with brass hooks, perfect untouched/ uncleaned condition, this is the exact specimen illustrated as Plate 443 in Mullinax's Confederate Belt Buckles & Plates.
