Description
Lot of Two Tipp and Co. (Tippco) German Tin Toy Staff Cars. Includes: 1) A wind-up staff car, 6.5" in length, with four metal wheels, four composition seated figures (one figure doesn't match the other three, these appearing to have refreshed paint), with modest playwear, light surface rust, but in otherwise very good condition. The wind-up mechanism appears to be sound. 2) A six-wheeled staff car with four matching composition seated figures. This version is unpowered, having neither a friction nor wind-up mechanism. The figures may not be original to the vehicle. There are a few small areas of loss to the field gray paint; otherwise it is in very good condition.Auction Info
