Description
Group of Three Civil War Dated Model 1840 Noncommissioned Officers' Swords. The group includes swords manufactured by Ames Manufacturing Company and Collins & Company, both with 1862 blade dates. The third example appears to be made by C. Roby and has an 1863 dated blade. All examples have the usual inspector's marks and all are offered without scabbards. All examples show typical wear and are otherwise in very good condition.Auction Info
